Can this workout be used as cross-training, or as an addition to my favourite workouts?
BODY was designed to be done “as is” in order to maximize the results of getting lean, strong and fit as fast and effective as possible, however the program is completely scalable and can easily be modified to fit any type of training program. It works well in conjunction with other activities!
What is your refund policy?

Is there a Nutrition part of the program?
Nutrition is not included in the BODY by MM platform as of right now. Although Meghan will be sharing her plentiful knowledge on this category, it is something we are working towards adding, yet is not yet a part of the active lifestyle program.

As an extremely active individual or athlete will the BODY workouts be too easy for me?
BODY is based on exercises that involve all of the fundamental movements that make you functionally strong and powerful. Even if you have experience working out, I have no doubt that the program will challenge you in ways you haven’t been challenged before, working the body 360 degrees, and to a point of fatigue to strengthen. The workouts are completely scalable to your fitness level as they go by time.
Am I too out of shape for this workout?
Not to worry. If you were physically fit in the past, or have recently let yourself fall off track, you can do the program as long as you start out easy and slowly build your strength and endurance back up. Even though BODY is a high-intensity program, the workouts are completely scalable to your current fitness level and made so you can progress at a pace that’s right for you.
What equipment do I need?
Most of BODY’s workouts are designed so you can do them anywhere… you need NO EQUIPMENT, yet a yoga mat, water bottle, and set of 2 or 3 lb weights are optional. ALSO check out our customized booty bands in the SHOP area (there may or may not be a secret level with booty band workouts).
